Does Applying Breast Milk on Molluscum Help Clear the Infection

Many wonder about the effects of breast milk on molluscum bumps. While breast milk is nutritious, its topical application's efficacy remains in question.

Although breast milk contains lots of vitamins, minerals, as well as being a rich source of immune protective factors that actually help prevent infections in infants, there has been no credible scientific studies evaluating the effectiveness of topically applied breast milk on the clearance of molluscum bumps.  Therefore, I do not recommend applying breast milk to molluscum bumps and I think breast milk is best used for infant consumption.

In conclusion, while breast milk offers numerous health benefits, its application on molluscum bumps is not recommended based on current scientific evidence.
