Treatment
Common symptoms of molluscum contagiosum may include the appearance of small, flesh-colored or pinkish bumps on the skin. These bumps are usually smooth and dome-shaped. For some they may be painless but can become itchy, inflamed, or irritated. In some cases, the bumps may develop a white, pus like substance when squeezed or scratched.
Symptoms
Molluscum Contagiosum is often caused by direct skin contact with an infected person. It can also spread through sharing personal items such as towels or clothing, touching contaminated surfaces, or participating in contact sports. Additionally, individuals with weakened immune systems, eczema, or other skin conditions may be more susceptible to molluscum contagiosum.
